MEET THE OWNER
Dan's journey into building was an unorthodox one. Graduating from Central Washington University in 2015 he took up some various sales roles, none of which sparked any passion or interest. At his personal "rock bottom," a mentor in his life made a connection to provide some stability and he joined an amazing Custom Home Building team in Ellensburg: Pillar Development LLC. Super green in the industry, Gods grace gave him two amazing and patient teachers of the craft and positioned Dan to be a site hand on very hihg-end custom homes in and throughout Kittitas County. Helping and observing all the trades from dirtwork to the final punch list items, Dan was beginning to catch interest.
DAN DIFOLCO (FOUNDER)
The DiFolco family found themselves moving back to Olympia in 2019 to be close to family and embark on their next adventure of starting their own family (now including 2 precious little girls). There, Dan continued developing his craft with another well established high-end and very great custom builder: Yesterdays Home Builders. Later, Dan was presented with the opportunity to work with family in the construction field and soon joined them and quickly became a key member of the build team: Raeson Construction LLC. Dan really came into his own as a mixture of Commercial and Residential projects sparked his passion to building a strong company culture and serving clients beyond their expectations.
Due to the amazing mentors and companies that Dan was able to work for, he was excited to embark on his own journey in hopes of passing that same knowledge and mentorship to a new generation of builders looking to creat a culture dedicated to "Building for Peace of Mind, and Building with Love." No dream is out of reach and DnA Build & Design LLC is excited to carry on the tradition of great customer service, big faith, and craftsmanship to your project- through a company culture focused on Family, Service to Community, and Reliability.
